Right now in Lewisville TX there's a rain shower and the temp is 74 degrees. Saw some lightning earlier :thrilled:

A fine 79° w/ the Sun setting and a few debris cloud from convection. I cannot believe it's 8:20 and it's pretty much dark outside. I am not looking forward to these shorter days ahead, but there is nothing I can do about it.  :itsok:

Long Island, August-September 2012 tornadoes, Hurricane Sandy, Blizzard of 2013, how many places on Earth do you know can get all 3 of those events within a 6 month period?

86°F light rain. The low temperature at KVDF this morning was 68°F, which actually ties the record low from 1947 at TPA (Tampa International), but TPA only got down to 78°F this morning.
I've gone off on a journey to be a moderator at another forum, but this place will forever remain home for me~

73.6° w/ Cloudy Conditions. It's certainly a muggy morning, it's only 7AM and it feels like it's 85 outside.

73° w/Cloudy conditions, Fog and Drizzle. It feels like October/November.

NWS has included in an HWO the concern for TS conditions early next week as well as the enhanced risk of Water Spouts today in coastal sections of SC, which I find to be a bit strange, but does happen a lot.

66°F Mostly Cloudy

I can see a few flashes of distant lightning to the north, but no thunder can be heard.
