84° with periods of cloudiness and sunshine. High for today (my forecast) 90°. Not expecting much from Beryl other than some winds around 10-15mph and the off chance of a sea breeze shower or two. My forecast discussion is below.

...Short Term Forecast.../6PM Sat-6PM Tue/....
In the short term the local weather patterns look to be quite messy with sub/tropical storm Beryl just offshore. This is the second tropical(sub/) to impact the FA within less than a week. We are keeping close tracking on it as this storm looks like it will do much more than Alberto did last weekend. On the way in to landfall, the system looks to produce minimal rainfall on Saturday and Sunday. However, once the system moves inland and then weakens into a depression early this week, it will possibly dump heavy rains from Tuesday-Wednesday enhanced by the moisture flow off the Atlantic and what the system will have already been carrying with it. The Severe Weather office has issued a Slight Risk for severe thunderstorms in the Day 2 Period for the area and all models indicate with the system coming ashore, it's not out of the question to see isolated severe convection form, however coverage is in question attm. Temperatures look to be a bit above average on Saturday, forecasting a high around the 90 degree mark. Temps then will fall back into the low-mid 80s for the rest of the period.
...Long Term Outlook/6PM Tue-6PM Sat/...
The long term period also looks a bit unsettled. Prefer to keep severe wording out of the forecast attm but it appears that some may be possible. After Beryl exits the area around the Thursday timeframe, a potent cold front will move in from the west. With the enhanced lift of the front combined with moist flow from the GOM/ATL it will be possible to see some days with isolated-scattered convection possibly becoming severe although it looks to be a bit too far out to tell now. Temperatures look to be on track with temps in the 80's thru the period. The cold front is forecasted to be out of the FA by late Saturday/Early Sunday. High pressure will build in behind thes ystem and allow for a few days of sunny weather.
