0.07" of rain fell today, and a High Wind Warning is in effect from 9 PM tonight to 12 PM tomorrow due to wind gusts up to 60 mph in the higher elevations.  It will get much colder early next week as I see a low threatening zero on Monday night.

One note about 2013:  It was the 4th wettest year in Blacksburg's history (records dating back to 1952) with 51.60" of precipitation, which is 10.71" above normal.
