It just will not stop raining, which is really not helping my mood. :bang:  Numerous roads are underwater in northwest North Carolina now, and I've been stuck working overtime the last two days.  We're approaching a full foot above normal for the year to this point, and some areas around me have received over 6" of rain since July began.

Since July 1:  3.97"  (3.34" above normal)
Since June 1:  11.91"  (7.28" above normal)
2013 So Far:  33.78"  (11.81" above normal)

I'm praying that today ends the streak of rain here.  It has rained for 9 straight days, and 5.53" fell during that time.  As the numbers indicate below, I don't need any more rain for a long while:

Since July 1:  4.84"  (3.95" above normal)
Since June 1:  12.78"  (7.89" above normal)
2013 So Far:  34.65"  (12.42" above normal)
