This is where you go wrong. Brooksville, FL broke set a new record low back on January 4, 2012 at 21°F.

Record lows do not have to be broken for a cold snap to be classifed as an arctic blast! :wacko:

I was just pointing out. I never said that records need to be broken in order to have a cold snap or heat wave.

Dang, we just had some really fierce lightning and rumbles of thunder within the past 10 minutes.  :blink: I hope everyone is enjoying this Spring weather because I know were gonna pay for it sooner or later this winter or into this upcoming Spring. It just doesn't stay this balmy over such a large real estate of the US for an entire winter.

Here in SC: 52 and cloudy
In Grand Forks: 44 and mostly sunny

Grand Forks is going to be around average temp wise on Thursday, with a high of 8 and a low of -1. Glad I'm not up there right now. :P
