New storm out in the Carribean....winds are at 40 mph.

Rafael became a hurricane this evening. The winds have climbed to 85 mph. Fortunately, the East Coast will not have to worry about this storm as the trough crossing the Mid-Atlantic will boot Rafael further out to sea.
