I knew it! Dean is now rapidly strenghtening to a CAT 4. :D
It is a Category 4 at this very moment. Let's hope it doesn't get anymore stronger than it already is. :ph34r:

Hopefully, but I don't know how likely that is. Once it gets into the warmer Gulf waters, it could really blow up.  :ph34r:
