That'll mostly be a hail threat. A few tornadoes, maybe, but the way the atmosphere is shaping up, looks like another hail storm.

Dr. Greg Forbes gave his Tor:con forecast a 5/10 for Birmingham/Northern Alabama.

Well, there is some pretty strong instability anticipated for that area tomorrow according to sounding forecasts at Birmingham. The SPC says in its Day 2 Outlook that "strong tornadoes" are possible in that area.

The terrible part about this is, right now @ midnight EST. storms are firing and getting stronger, and everyone is going to sleep.
