Make custom theme?

How do you make a custom theme? Say I want a theme for thanks giving, how would I do that. I want to have it finished before Thursday, but if I cant it's not the end of the world. Thanks in advance, The weather guy.

Anyway its not hard to make a theme. Simply open the folder with the contents of the program, find the current themes and modify them to your own. In doing so we encourage you to make a backup of everything you modify  before doing so.

The problem is how do you do that? all the times i have tried i corruped "Color Data"
