How do you add artwork without making the mp3 file bigger?

go to itunes, right click on the song in ur itunes library, and click add/edit artwork.

When I manually add artwork it increases the file size.  When downloaded from itunes it doesn't. :dunno:

It doesn't do that to me. What version are u using? I'm using version 10

whats wrong with right clicking "Get Album Artwork" on the song in iTunes? :unsure: when you do that you get a non-degraded/digital version of the artwork at 600x600 resolution
