That's comcast for you. BTW, is this for real?
Well first off you are lucky the MPAA or RIAA didnt send you the letter otherwise you would be in a much more world of hurt. Comcast is on of the leading ISPs along with Time Warrener (Since they are still somewhat with AOL and AOL still license some music and they are good friends with the music industry ). Anyways your best bet is to lay low for a long time a few months. Try to get another ISP and if you cant then use a program like utorrent that uses different ports since Comcast throttles internet traffic. They claim its to have the fastest network they can have however most people think its just so they can police the internet.

While I agree with you on the outrageous price point, you can't expect them to be completely FREE. Do you know what an economy is?

The thing is though, so many people actually PAY for the software, that it doesn't matter if someone gets it for free. I just can't justify paying more than $1,000 for a piece of software.

Neither can I. However, usually when you can't afford something, you don't get it. And when you can afford something, you buy it. It's a complicated subject, really
Gil, the amount of BS and arrogance spewing from every post you make is sickening.
