B -  Only a vitamin!  Running late this AM, had no time for breakfast
L - Lowfat BBQ Chicken sub from Subway w/baked chips, very sweet tea  

D - Small hamburger from Wendys (normally do not eat FF) w/ only pickle, tomato, lettuce and hot sauce, FF Pringle chips, Sugarfree Lemonade
evening snack - two pre-cut raw cookie dough pieces
