We need them in either PHL or NYC. That's news to
me
The only station here that would probably carry it is PHL 17, since they are the only non-O&O here. That's one of the things
that sucks about living in a major city, you get  mostly O&Os, meaning stations with less freedom. And I doubt the big 3 networks
would be interested in carrying WNTV.

I read about that.  I like to keep up with what happens on Boston TV since I've left.

I wish the Orlando market would get it, too, especially since we have NO weather digital substations anymore.  We used to have to, then one changed to MeTV, and, very recently, one changed to the Spanish language Mega TV.

We really need a constant source of weather in central Florida, and we just don't have one anymore.

Looks like the channel had a quiet launch on DirecTV. I'm liking it so far.

Just looked at DTV's Channel Guide and WN is right before TWC. Wonder when they added it?  Iwas at a sports bar Sat night and I didn't see it. Only the local WN Channel for Milwaukee which DTV picked up. Is DISH next??????

Technically I have this channel on what USED to be that Accuweather channel I mentioned here a year ago. (I've had it for months actually...)

It's channel 211 on Comcast here, ironically one channel below Weatherscan (ch. 212) which also to add to the irony I can't watch because it's only available on a higher digital cable tier package that I don't have.

My college has DirecTV and I don't see it :( Personally, I'm not too wild about WeatherNation. I am more into Network Weather but if Network Weather and Weathernation both launch on DirecTV and DISH, then that will be one crowded house.

Checking the WXNation Facebook page right now, and the overall consensus is: "I'm leaving TWC and its long-form programming and turning to WeatherNation. It's what TWC used to be." They're also saying that some TWC OCMs should move to WeatherNation.

It's showing up on my DirecTV.  The LF (although in a national form) even has "Joy to the World" playing.  Just imagine, instrumental Christmas music on a local forecast.  I'll be keeping an eye on this one.  If they don't do longform, then it may be the only weather network that I watch on weekends.

As much as I like their network their newly redesigned site is atrocious. Way too much going on and half the links don't seem to work. The stream also doesn't work right; while the middle of watching a segment it seems to randomly play a bumper or opener then takes me to the middle of a different segment. <_<
