Title: Urgent: Can't download WxSTAR 4000 emulator

I can't download the WeatherSTAR 4000 emulator because of a "503 Service Unavailable". The computer which I had this   software on last year completely crashed, and the software was removed by mistake. I was accidentally removed from the 4000 emulator website by the admin because someone else (likely in my neighborhood) was doing something bad. I might bring a laptop to McDonald's and use their Free Wi-Fi to download it, but I coincidentally NEVER go inside - for no reason Can someone please post the installer here? Also please let me know if I've posted in the wrong board. Thanks!

I don't think Bill would like it if someone posted a download elsewhere.

I downloaded it in the Dunkin' Donuts parking lot today on their wifi network and it's running!

We do not provide support  for the 4000 emulator or their forum. Contact the administration there if you have issues

I know. I was asking for help on how to get past my accidental permaban. I got around it by using the wifi at my local Dunkin' Donuts.
