How so?
Well, our earth has fewer and fewer plants every day. Entire forests have been leveled in some parts of the world. Plants only take in so much CO. The rest is left to to float away into the atmosphere.
And as far as his claim that it would cause fewer natural disaster's, I really don't know how he comes to that conclusion-actually, I do-he's twelve going on twenty. Anyway, CO is the very gas that fuels our weather. If there was no carbon, there would be no weather. CO traps heat, which also fuels our weather. More heat and CO equals worse weather, because it has more fuel to grow on.
