Ok, so I spent the night last night in Fresno because my dad had a lifting competition. At the hotel, I was extremely disappointed to find that TWC was one of many channels that weren't working. And I even brought along my tuner in anticipation for seeing another STAR. But anyway, the next day, TWC was playing at the place we were eating at, and I saw an IS, which I had expected. But nothing would prepare me for what I was about to see at the gym. As we were getting ready, some guys flipped on TWC on a large HD TV in the waiting area, and it was right in the middle of an XL LOCAL FORECAST!!!!!!!!!!! :O I was able to watch for about 5 minutes before they flipped to basketball or whatever. Unfortunately though, I got no ID # (again) and no pictures. 
Ouch. That would've been tough to tell the guys that you wanted to watch the Weather Channel. I have a similar story. Recently, me and my family went up to Flint, Michigan for Thanksgiving at my aunt and uncle's house, whom we never see, and the cable was out at our hotel the whole stay until that morning that we were packing up. it came on and I turned on The Weather Channel, and it was an XL!!! I could tell by the LDL and the icons at the bottom! But, I didn't have enough time that morning to view a Local Forecast.
