What do y'all think of the quality of this clip? Is it still decent? Because I'll be in Yosemite from Friday through Monday, and I plan on taping their STAR. For some reason, when I installed the wintv-950 tuner on my vista laptop, I got the BSOD. :pinch: So I'm forced to use my pinnacle tuner. :/

I just wish the DTV Transition was over with by now

Now the New Admin wants to make 2 bills regarding the date change to June 12th and "that's right" more Funding  :rolleyes: (which they expect to bring to the House by Friday) :argue:

why can't they just do the funding bill and make America happy  :ermm:

Pinnacle? What happened to your WinTV 1600?

I still have it. The 1600 is what I use on my desktop. I can't use it in my laptop because it's not a USB tuner.

I thought you had an Hauppauge WinTV HVR 950, which you used to record your Portland IS clips... When did you get the Pinnacle tuner?

The HVR-950 has worked fine for me on two Vista laptops.

Just recently, as a replacement for the 950..
Unless someone can guide me on how to fix it within the next couple hours, I'll have to record with the pinnacle..

You're better off with the pinnacle. Better picture quality and you have more video output options besides coaxial. If you use A/V or SVideo the audio quality will be much better .
