My dad got sick a few days ago, my sister got sick today, and now I think I've caught the same bug.
My dad was sick last weekend. I think he got it from several other people on his side of the family who's been sick. I've been lucky so far though...

Walmart= . Target is much better despite it being a little more expensive. I also like Kmart but there hasn't been as many since they declared backruptcy back in 2002. Everyone at my school LOVES Walmart, which I don't understand why.

Neither one is better than the other one imo, Target is more expensive when it comes to electronics and games, how can $49.99 be a sale when $50 is the average cost of most video games? At least they aren't as expensive as Best Buy their Simpsons DVDs cost $42 when it only cost half of that at Target and Walmart. Best Buy my ass.  <_<

The smart alecky answer to that is one I'm not allowed to say as it would break the rules of this forum. The real answer is because Walmart is taking over the country... Notice that as they become bigger and bigger, more and more things are closing down... for a small town that has a Walmart, other businesses most likely don't stand a chance. I would recommend watching the Walmart - The High Cost of Low Prices documentary.

I heard on NBC Nightly News tonight that Steve Jobs finally spoke about his weight loss. He said its due to a hormone imbalance, which is robbing his body of proteins, thus causing excessive weight loss.

I thought I posted that here, but I guess not.

We (an exclusive Apple community) have been pondering whether that's really it, or if he's trying to cover up something much more serious.

I think it's the truth. He seemed to have a very difficult time sharing it.

Anyone can Act
especially someone like him.

Do you have any idea how much Apple's stock would tank if it turned out that Steve was terminally ill? That company practically revolves around him. I think that if he should have to be replaced, they should put Gil Amelio back in.

You know what happens when the yodely guy falls off the cliff in Cliff Hangers on Price is Right?  Replace him with the stock price.

(Apple stock rose something like 5% the day Jobs announced it was a hormone imbalance.)

BTW:  iTunes going DRM-free completely by March (if I read the release correctly).

I don't speak "The Price Is Right".

The stock probably rose since they knew he wasn't dying. Some of those articles were pretty insane.

True, but anything's possible when you watch a man become a shadow of his former self. And terminal cancer will do that. My neighbor was skin and bones by the time he took his last breath. A sad sight to see indeed, especially since I'd known him for almost 20 years.

As for the person who said he could be acting-you can't act like you've lost 3/4 of your body mass.

Watch out for "Intelliguy15" on YouTube. He stole various videos, and is requesting people's passwords to their accounts.

Who cares? Those aren't our videos he is stealing, they're TWC/NBC's videos. Not liking the fact he's asking the passwords though.
