It usually takes me like, 2-3 minutes to upload 15-25MB~ videos. Sometimes youtube likes to be rude and just break :P

Back to snow days.

I agree with Gil.  Boo freaking who if you have to go a couple extra days in school.  It's not like it's going to make a difference anyways.. :rolleyes:

My school did NOT get cancelled yesterday, and I was NOT happy..at all.  So I just said..eff it..I'm staying home, and my parents second my thought..haha.  I got a few text messages from people who did go to school , and said there was no more than 8 or 10 people in each class..out of 20-30ish. CRAZY.

I'm thinking about giving up Camstudio, I recorded a 7 Minute Clip of the Wxscan Emulator and it was 1.7 GB, It would take a good 6-12 hours to upload to YT on my machine

You upload raw AVIs from CamStudio to YouTube? Why not run it through Windows Movie Maker to compress it down?

WTF? I uploaded a raw AVI that was around 7 min long and it was only 53 MB. :huh:

My slingbox recordings with the At Large recorder are Asfs. The reason you often see a lot commercials in my lf clips is because it's easier to upload the .asf file driectly to Youtube. It's less hassling than WinTV and compressing/editing it in Movie Maker. Also I get HQ video directly from the tuner rather than WinTV since the asf file is only around 15 MB. The raw mpg files from WinTV are around 42MB. That's quite big and it takes a while to uploading mpgs at times.

hahaha this is why i love living in the deep south...we don't even need snow for classes to be canceled, all we need is temps to remain under 32 degrees with freezing rain.  :bleh:

My area is supposed to get a huge storm today through tomorrow. We already have a winter storm warning so yeah.. first maybe 4-8" of snow, then freezing rain... whooo.
