Its pretty much understood by both students and staff, that we are going to have a Snow Day tomorrow! A foot of snow, and 1/4" ice is possible. Plus, the village of Barrington has a salt shortage, and they've already been spreading salt VERY thinly.

I don't think anyone would have expected all of the snow we've gotten this winter. This will be one for the books. :yes:

I love winter weather, but I don't like snow days. They shorten my summers, and mess up the midterm/final exam schedules.

I hate it when people say that. I'd rather stay 3 days (max) in the summer, and have some days off in the winter. What difference does 3-4 days make... :rolleyes:

I'm actually kind of surprised - my school district gets a LOT of days off, compared to most schools.

School may be canceled tomorrow....more than a half inch of ice possible. Then,I'll be off from classes until January 6th.
