Zach is actually my real first name.
I prefer to go by my middle name, though.

And excuse my ranting, but on Youtube, look up "virus on The Weather Channel". That guy called me a non-TWC Fan. :o

I thought Zach was your first name, and Chris was your middle? that's what you told me awhile back...

Oops. :blushing:

But Mike is correct. B)

But I'd still like to go by Chris. I like that name. :)

Why do I even bother getting my hopes up for a snow storm.  Today, they are calling for the system to mainly be rain/frzng rain/sleet, with 1-3" of snow   uggh.  Hopefully the system will move a *little* further south to get a *little* more snow.  Now all that ice is gonna turn to ice and the roads will be a mess.  uggh.  Mother Nature is a you know what ;)

For those in the Philadelphia area who get WCAU-TV (NBC10), make sure you record the 5am, 5:30am, 6am, 4pm, 6pm, and 11pm news to see it go HIGH DEFINITION on Wednesday!! I've been waiting forever for this... I saw WTXF-TV (Fox29) and KYW-TV (CBS3) go HD...

I remember the day when WPVI-TV went HD back in July 2006. IIRC, they were the first in the area to become HD. I'm surprised it took so long for WCAU-TV to become HD, their main competitors had been in HD for quite sometime.

I think on Wednesday, myPHL17 news at 10 is gonna be in HD also since NBC10 does their news.

Most likely yes, on the HD feed. That's how it's like in most HD simulcasts.

So, I was walking to the store earlier this afternoon, and on the way I saw what may just be the funniest thing I've ever seen in my entire life. There's a Bank of America just before you get to the store, and I was walking past it when some guy driving some little silver car came past me and turned into the bank driveway-only it was the exit driveway. He then proceeds to enter the drive-thru banking lane, the wrong way. By now I'm trying not to lose it, and start walking as fast as I can to get away because I know this guys not done being stupid, and that I'd be in hysterics if I saw any more. Sure enough, after sitting in the drive-thru the wrong way for about 5 minutes he finally pulls through and continues driving the wrong way to the front of the building. The driveway to the front of the building is one way, so if someone comes around from the other side of the building going the right way, there's going to be a problem. Now I've lost it. I'm trying to walk forward while looking to the side because I'm laughing my ass off at the guy and don't want him to see that. So finally the guy finds some way to pull off a U-Turn and pulls back through the drive-thru, this time the correct way, and exits the same way he entered, only this time going the right direction through the driveway. By now I'm doing everything I can to keep from falling to the pavement in laughter.

Not sure what the guy was trying to do, but evidently he wasn't familiar with the area or something.

Just when you think you've seen it all, eh?  :rofl2: :rofl2: :rofl2:

Boy if I had a nickel for everytime I saw something like that.

A similar situation happened this summer, when my dad and I were going to the bank. As we were driving into the entrance, a one-way, this guy is trying to come out (wrong way) at the same time. So we proceed to enter, the right way, but the other guy is now blocking us. We must've sit there for at least 20 seconds, because the idiot wouldn't move!!! finally he backs up and goes around.

Such fucking idiots in society. <_< What's worse, is when they think that they are doing the right thing when breaking rules. If only people could get fined for being stupid.
