Actually, yes they can. (I logged out and I could still see that Victor was warned) Though, they can only see whether or not that person is warned, not why that person was warned.

I'll have to look into that then, because I don't want it visible to others at all. That's a private thing, IMO.

Arrgh, one of my TWC holiday satellite LFs was removed because of 'copyright infringement'.
