Well, I plan on getting a 8c a subscriber fee, and I've got a few companies helping out, plus I've been able to strike a few deals with TWC artists, so I think I'll be alright.. Don't worry, if I ever need money, this is the first place I'll come! :P

I'm having a hard time using the Youtube multi-video uploader...it keeps asking me to download and install the "Gears" application. And then i have to reinstall my web browser in order for that to work. Plus Gears adds new features to your desktop. I don't want any of that crap...why is it needed?

You need to install Gears in order for it to work. It looks like the older VideoDownloader isn't compatible with the multi-video upload feature, as they recently modified the uploader a little. You don't have to use Gears for your desktop, you can set it so it will only work with the sites you need it for, such as YouTube.
