Is sending money to others on Paypal safe? Because I am sending some money to a music artist for a couple of his songs and he told me to give the money to him on paypal.I'm not sure how I can do that. :unsure:

Could someone please help me? And yes I went to the paypal site ,but the process looks confusing. :wacko:

u need to use your credit card. u have to be 18 or older to use a credit card which is why i'm guessing they have the age 18 restriction.

the beauty of having a bank account, and being 16 - is getting a debit card.

i love my debit card, now I don't have to carry around too much cash - although technically your debit card is like cash, just without the money exchange, but rather a card swipe.  B)

Well I was looking at my VCR and noticed a small hinge behind it. I opened the hinge and found 2 a/v video ports and 2 coaxial ports! Since there's now coaxial i may transfer some of my clips to the PC from the VCR. My VCR sure has a really funky setup :wacko:
