When you log in (not on the quick login form, though), theres a checkbox you click to hide yourself from the online list.

I'd like to add for the record that I'd prefer people not be hidden. I am not very fond of that option, and have never been able to understand why people want to be hidden.

I agree. People should be proud that they are members here. They're probably afraid of me

It's not that. I personally don't believe that it's necessary for people to see what I'm doing on the forum.

I'm not, and that's not the point. The point is its not necessary for people to see what im doing. It's nothing that everyone else doesn't do, so what's there to see?

I'm in no way paranoid, I just don't think that it's necessary for people to see. I don't know how to make it any clearer than that.
