I've bought my TV Tuner there, a wireless bridge (huge fiasco with that one), and several Macintosh accessories.

The one problem I do have with RS is that when they DO ask if they can help me, they usually can't help me at all when I tell them what I'm looking for. I do just as well to search the store myself.
