If it were a problem, then yes I could do something. But there was nothing to take action on. Generally speaking, if your the only one complaining, its not a problem. 
Are you serious? Just because no one else has the guts to come to you doesn't mean its trivial. It's a huge problem and you know it. Everyone knows it. I'm not going to continue in this thread, for the sake of the other members.
