Usually when someone has to take the time to PM me about it I perceive it as urgent. If it wasn't urgent you wouldn't have personally contacted me about it.

Well i don't think everyone want's me (and i certainly don't want to) post my issues and complaints out in the open. On a forum, the only way to contact someone privately is PM. Unless there is some other method i'm not aware of..
