I'm having a wonderful January. I'm dating again, my new job is going so well, and I'm starting my final semester soon. I'm off to a good start, pretty much! Hi peeps

When growing up, my family and I loved to watch the events and the ceremonies. I don't know how much time I will have this time due to work, but I still may try to watch a little. What do you all think about them?I personally prefer watching the summer Olympics over the winter ones but still find them both enjoyable. The only bad thing is that the winter Olympics are, well, in the middle of winter during classes and stuff, so assuming I don't have boat loads of homework I should be able to tune in. Let's just hope these Olympics are carried out safely without any suicide bombings like what were occurring a few weeks ago.

I'm getting a good vibe that this winter storm could be one I'll be talking about for years to come... I don't even remember if ever I have been through a winter storm that could last as long as this one.

The cold weather has taken a toll on my spirits since the holidays ended. I hope this winter storm is the last one as I could use some warmer days ahead.
We just had an earthquake about 45 mins. ago...
I hate double-posting here, but it's still important enough for everyone: Next Sunday on March 9 is when we spring forward to Daylight Saving Time, so don't forget what to do in a week from now.
Why is it that sometimes my TV guide will show on one channel "[Channel Name] Programming" for a few hours? Example: On Comedy Central it says "Comedy Central Programming" from 6AM to 4PM this Tuesday. Is my cable headend really that lazy to obtain listings for TV shows that will air throughout a particular programming block?
