I think you're supposed to see your own email address. It won't hide it to yourself. Someone (other than another admin, because all admins can see everybody's email) confirm this for me, though.

I can confirm this is true. I've had several folks complain of the same issue. You can ALWAYS see your own e-mail adddy, regardless of whether you have it set to display or not.

I think the biggest reason most of us hide our e-mails is to keep them out of the sight of spammers and spambots.

Yeah, last I heard (which was more than a year ago), his computer privileges were removed after a brave TWCC member found his contact information and called Solosoul's mom. I'm not sure if he will get his privilege back though. I sure hope he doesn't. It was a nightmare finding that both my forum (which is no longer online) and TWCC was hacked and seeing that I had 100 emails from Solosoul that all had the same text and pathetic images.
