I like the Univision logo.... The new Telemundo logo, however, I highly dislike.

I actually like that one, but I don't know why it hasn't been used on-air yet. Telemundo said they would use it at the start of the season.

Yuck - Telemundo's new logo is even uglier!  But I guess that's the general industry trend right now - three dimensions and bulbous.

The previous Telemundo logo looks great. I don't like the new one at all.

The previous logo reminds me of the DirecTV logo. lol.

I never noticed that! :P BTW, it's still the current logo; there's no specific date for the debut of the new one.

Just bought (for $39.99) and upgraded to Windows 8 x64 Professional. I like what I see, but I will have to relearn a few things...

I am not a fan of Windows 8 - it seems more suitable for a tablet. In my oh-so very humble opinion, Microsoft is taking a gamble with this. If sales don't come through as they hope, Microsoft may face some really hard times ahead - I wouldn't be half-surprised to see the company go under.

I have also taken advantage of the 39.99 Windows 8 upgrade. The new OS is much improvement to Windows 7 once you learn how to use it. The apps in conjunction with the desktop makes it a multi-tasking powerhouse.

Wow, that's a bold statement. :o You don't really think that can happen do you?

Speaking of going under, I don't get why folks including Apple are surprised the new mini iPad isn't selling as well as they expected.

The iPad mini is a joke, imo. What's next? An iMac-sized iPad, "iPad XL"?

Microsoft is one of the largest software companies in the world. It's not going to go under based off of Windows 8 sales alone. Windows 8 may get negative attention like Vista did, and they would recover with the next OS release like they did with Windows 7.

Overall, the future of technology sales doesn't look that great. Technology has seemed to slow down in terms of major advancements. Computer's and computing devices aren't becoming obsolete so quickly anymore. Even Apple will see the impacts of this slow-down and the post-pc world.

I heard about it too. 7.7 is enough to produce a tsunami but not a major one.
