Nice to be back in TPBS! I sure need it. The current temperature, believe it or not, is 48!

It's 59.6°F here.

No fall colors at all here, maybe just a little yellow on a few leaves on some trees, but even this is an early start for fall colors for us.

Long Island, August-September 2012 tornadoes, Hurricane Sandy, Blizzard of 2013, how many places on Earth do you know can get all 3 of those events within a 6 month period?

I love all the seasons, but Autumn is for sure my favorite.  Not too hot, not too cold.

81° in Daytona Beach at 11:30 in the morning.  :)

Autumn was my second-least favorite season in Massachusetts (after winter, obviously) - cloudy, rainy, wet, damp, chilly, windy, raw, and otherwise unpleasant.  Here in Florida, though, it's hard to tell the difference.

Pile on the logs, please - it's a bit on the cool side today, just like fall should be. It's only 52 and the low tonight is going to be in the mid 20s.  :brr:

Ahh, it feels so good to be back here again.

TWC has us very close to a record low of 45 set back in 1982, they're forecasting 47 tomorrow night. The only problem is they seem to be the most aggressive on tomorrow night's low. NWS is saying 49.

Feels nothing like fall here right now - it's 89 degrees with a heat index of 91. Although, we have had some cooler mornings in the past few weeks or so, with lows in the 60s or 70s. B)

We had a thunderstorm with small hail here about noon. Temperatures managed to reach 59, but fell into the 40's after the storm, and it's been struggling to get out of the 40's since! Autumn is here! :brr:

I've been sick a little bit too. But I haven't let my little sickness ruin my day.

That sucks. The last time I was ill was about a year ago, although I've had occasional sniffles here and there, but those were very short-lived  :)  Get well soon
