i only got a spanish channel working on my tuner connection and the reception/signal is poor too. I'm hoping to get it fixed with Geek Squad.

Can someone tell me if calling Geek Squad (from best buy?) can help solve my tuner issues?

I wouldn't suggest that. Look for a tutorial on the web or something. You would be stupid to pay someone to fix something so simple.

Just because someone is from the Atlanta area doesn't mean they work for TWC. There are millions of people in Atlanta, but only a handful of them work for TWC.

i highly doubt the bb guy is working for TWC. They made an emulator clip for Krishnan and i dont think TWC would be smart enough to do something like this.

Also is it me or is TWC way too forcused on New York City? I'm getting sick of seeing Tetiana Anderson and the weather for a city that has like 20 other weather/news stations

So you're using an antenna to get these channels?

yes. An old fashioned and less reliable antenna. I'm using a coaxila cable instead of the A/V adapter cord to connect the tuner into the satellite reciever
