Martin, if you haven't done so, when you take a nap or go to sleep at night, throw on some sweats, get under the covers and sweat that bad boy out. You WILL feel the difference. (Do take your medicine before you hit the sack).

I've never heard about sweating out a flu before, so it seems like a myth. I've always been told lots of water, lots of rest, vitamin C, chicken noodle soup, and medication are what you need. You only need a blanket to keep yourself comfortable from the chills when your temperature is elevated.
