At least Ana's state isn't as desperate as the city of Philadelphia is where they want to charge a two cent per ounce tax on sugary drinks (including chocolate milk) and charge for trash pick up per bag... If the proposal were to be signed in to law, it would be an extra quarter for a can of soda or an extra $1.35 for a two liter bottle of soda. Good thing I don't live in Philly!

Congratulations on doubling the price of a two-liter.  $5.76 for a 24-pack.

I neglected to mention, there would be no tax on DIET drinks like diet sodas. As I said, this proposal hasn't been voted on, but based on the fact Philly is in deep shit, it wouldn't surprise me if it were passed. They'll be going to NJ for soda. lol.... Good thing I live in NJ!

I'd rather get two of those 24-packs for $12 at Cardenas Market, near my house.

But seriously $1.35 for a 2 liter soda, that's just crazy.

Me too!

That's pretty much the price of a 12 oz can of soda in my area nowadays.

I can remember when a 2 liter of Pepsi or Coke was $0.50. This was back in the mid-to-late 90s.

Easy?! hahahaha. Been in contact the Social Security Admin, Police, Credit Reports, Banks and more days and hours and I am not even close. After that if I get a new number I have to change every record, selective service, passport, accounts, DMV stuff and more. Ugh I really hope I wont need to do that

He'll need nine easy buttons to cover this mess for each one of his digits. :P  I can't believe how much trouble just nine little digits can cause when they fall in the wrong hands.

Is it safe for someone (*cough* my mom that I hate) to use the microwave 16 times a day?
