Jesse, I think this is more evidence that we might want to think about expanding parts of the forum if TWC isn't really doing anything noteworthy.  I don't know what yet, but I'm sure we can toss around a few ideas.  Everyone's probably taking a long break like you said.

Andy, I'm well aware of that fact.  I'm just trying to help alleviate things if possible and let you all know that I'm here for you guys if you need it.  Seeing all the drama this past week made me really concerned as I hate to see fellow friends so upset at each other.

Aaron, someone will tend to those video clips soon.  I know the other admins are aware about them, and they'll try to get to them eventually when they have more free time.

Hmm, I was not aware that so much drama had occured. Maybe it was the stuff in the "New Admin" thread, IDK. :dunno: Anyway, I am still here but haven't posted because I haven't really had anything to say since the activity has been down. :(

I don't believe that much drama really did occur. Sorta a one time event in my view but time shall tell. As I have said before activity is low because of a general lack of interest in TWC and most people are busy. I firmly believe with upcoming changes we will see a bump in activity.

Aaron I will try to take a look at a few site issues tonight. I did a general database cleanup and tweaks today

That's exactly my reason for not posting often. I work 45 hours / week plus go to school full time (15 credit hours this semester) and I just haven't had much interest in TWC lately. I sometime watch in the mornings but not often. I love talking with you guys since most of us have a lot in common to talk about aside from TWC.

Okay, this is a bit excessive... each one of the "birds" on this map being a WAWA location in the Philly area. I can't think of any other metro area with this many of one chain dotted about it... not even Detroit.
TWC in...
Lansing: Comcast, Channel 36, STAR ID 22840
E. Lansing: Comcast, Channel 40, STAR ID 22842
Lansing Area: Broadstripe, Channel 40, STAR ID 25349
Current STAR count: 32. Be sure to see my channel for links to all the uploads!

Why won't you take a look at this (especially in Pinellas County). :P
I've gone off on a journey to be a moderator at another forum, but this place will forever remain home for me~

lol, thanks to Mike's inclusion of a two second clip of a Wawa ad in one of his TWC clips, I decided to check out the company, for some reason. Not a lot of commercials uploaded, but they certainly are known in the mid-Atlantic. Here's the only ad I have found so far:

Wawa - "Start Your Day On A Roll"

While it is nowhere near as excessively placed here, Tim Hortons is like the Wawa here. It was actually a Canadian company, which first expanded into Michigan. Lansing has a lot of vacated property around the area, and Tim Hortons has bought up much of that. There are several locations around here, lol. I've only gone into one once, for an Iced Coffee that tasted so bad, I may be off the stuff for life :P

You're both wrong. I can tell you don't have Wawa stores... The official slogan, since 2005, is gottahava Wawa. The phrase is all one word.

I just have Sheetz, Go-Mart, or smaller local chains for convenience stores.  There used to be 7-11 stores near me, but they're gone now.  I also like Turkey Hill when I travel through PA and Stewart's Shops when I used to live in NY.
