It's too bad you don't have a local STAR to get clips of during that event... I know I would go crazy if it were to happen here. I still haven't had a Tornado Warning since I got my tuner back in September 2008.
I wish I could record blizzard warning clips on my Intellistar..but it sucks that the DTV LF doesn't support winter weather alert bulletins.
Well at least I have a camera clip of a Tornado Warning... I would go berserk if I were to get a Blizzard Warning and had no way to record it. I would find a way.

Also, I see I got the new Facebook layout  :pinch:

I dislike the new FB layout. They just changed it back in October, I thought.

The new Facebook layout is ok. I like the cleaner look but it will take some time to get used to

So I just discovered that a game that I used to play all the time about 10 years ago, Test Drive 5, still works on 64-bit Windows Vista/7.

Glad you brought up the concept of old games, Billy. Anyone ever hear of a game called SimTower? I used to love that game, and my brother inadvertently got me into it. It works on my desktop, which apparently has Vista 32 bit, but not on my laptop (which I know has 64 bit). I always play the game the exact same way, lol. I love though how it is like a window, and does not force you to stay in the program like most other games.

I have SimTower and Yoot Tower, a re-released "improved" version.

I prefer RollerCoaster Tycoon.

I've heard of RollerCoaster Tycoon; I know my sister tried to play it and I think we still have it... never cared for it though. We used to have 2 copies of SimTower... stepped on one :P

I loved all of the Sim games and Roller Coaster Tycoon games. I was addicted to SimCity 2000 back in the day, and I'll still occasionally play it.

I have SimCity 2000 (with Urban Renewal Kit), SimTower, SimIsle, SimCopter, Streets of SimCity, SimFarm, SimCity 3000, Rollercoaster Tycoon (with Corkscrew Follies and Loopy Landscapes), and Rollercoaster Tycoon 2.

If I know anything about the old Maxis games, Aaron, they use 16-bit installers, so they won't be able to run on Windows x64. You might be able to try to install the game on a 32-bit system, like you've already done, and copy the program files over to the 64-bit system. If that doesn't work, you can play the games in a Virtual Machine, like I do.

Wow okay, I didn't think about that. I'll give that a shot.

I remember SimCity 2000, and for some reason, it was too depressing for me to play.

While still on the subject of games, anyone heard of SimCity 4? I love that game, but haven't played that in a while now either.

I love SimCity!! I had that on an old computer but it's gone now. I've played Rollercoaster Tycoon as well and I like that game too.

I know we're still on the subject of games here, but there have not been a lot of local forecast videos uploaded of the big storm. As much as I want to throw up right now, this is somewhat exciting to watch. Can you get some more videos up Billy and Mike?

Umm I uploaded 2 clips last night...

Speaking of the Winter Powerhouse it was a big waste. We barely got 10 inches up where I live  It's not even snowing and there's some sun showing up
