Damn, Dubya got some good reflexes!  :rofl2: :P
He's probably used to this kind of reaction. Or at least, he should be. :rofl2:

LOL, yeah I'm sure lots of people would like to throw their size 10's at him.  :P

I can't wait for New Year's. This month sure feels like it has gone by fast. New Year's is probably my favorite season. It's the only time of the year where you see big crowds of people on your front street at 12-2am .

Me and David just ended our relationship today... We both sat down and talked and both agreed that it was for the best and that we'd remain best friends and that nothing will change (for the most part). :(

I hope everyone would be ok if I can't work on fixing the site or making any new banners for a few days... I just need a few days to myself..

Oh my gosh! The temperatures in Dallas have gone beserk!! Sunday, we were one degree away from breaking a record high. Then today's temps did not get far above freezing. :brr: :brr: Even worse, due to the fact that it is WAY below freezing and precipitation is falling, many of the roads are icy, and several accidents have already occured. What's even scarier is that on his way home from work, my dad encountered some ice while driving, and the ice actually turned his car completely sideways!!! :o Thank goodness he is okay; had there been any vehicles next to him, I don't know what would have happened.

It's not a problem. We won't need a banner for awhile, and I'll still be working on fixing the site. Take all the time you need.  B)

So what's up with the STAR Team at TWCC? Is it really so slow over there that they've taken it upon themselves to try and get things to pick up? I saw the thread they posted yesterday in regards to yesterday morning's LF blooper, and quite frankly, reading it almost made ME fall of MY chair. They've never seen a screw-up on the LF before?

Yep, you know your ship's sinking when your STAR Team spends more time chatting up your members than solving problems on the tech support board.

...i'm pretty sure it was no "blooper" as they want us to think..

as Steve mentioned:

The fact the STAR Team came out and admitted this happened seems to invoke this wasn't exactly as "unplanned" as we may think.

i agree.

You know, Steve might just have something there. In all my years at TWCC, I never once saw the STAR Team talk about ANY blooper that's EVER occurred on the LF (and, as we know, there have been plenty!  ). So I completely agree that there's more to the story than meets the eye. My first impression of the STAR Team's post was that it seemed staged/scripted.

I smell scandal.  :bleh:

You have to wonder about that. What are the odds of guessing the price EXACTLY right? You'd probably have better odds of wining the lottery!
