I live just a few miles away from my school, so I for sure drive.  I rode the school bus in grades k-5, then I moved.  I still get up at 5:30 in the AM..so, doesn't really make a difference whether or not I took the bus or not. :P

Shit, this day in age I'd rather take the bus. With gas prices where they are, I'd save gas wherever I could. Bus comes early? Such is life.
I have to agree. Personally, I don't mine taking public transportation.
You can always get free gas.

Mind spilling the beans on that? I'd love free gas, but besides stealing I haven't the slightest idea how one would get it.  :dunno:

I want to drive to school so badly. I dislike having to take the school bus, it just doesn't sound right for high schoolers to take a bus. :ermm:
I don't mind taking the bus... sometimes it's crowded but the more activities going on after school the less crowded the buses are. I don't plan on driving to school because I'm not risking getting my car abused by immature students.

Interesting situation this morning.  I got up, to find out that the power had failed last night.  So, I look at my phone, and oddly enough, I woke up just a few minutes after my alarm should have sound (which it couldn't because of the PF)  Btw...it was 8:30 ish on my phone.  I turned on the computer, and it said 7:30 :dunno:  I was like..what the heck.  Then I figured that this is the weekend that DST would start, say 2 years back.  I also figured that this could have happened because about a month ago, my computer crashed and it lost everything?  Could that have been?  :dunno:

Today, while cleaning out my closet, I found an old Commodore 128 that I completely forgot I had.  No power supply or drive...gotta hunt one down.

ALSO, there was a receipt from a cable TV installer.  South Bend apparently had Heritage Cablevision in the late 80s.

I have to get up at 6:15 every school morning to take the bus. Sometimes my dad drives me to school.
That's nothing. I get up at 5:10 AM weekdays.

My mom is still asleep when I leave for the bus at 6:40 AM, so she has no way of driving me. Of course, I could walk there, but I'd have to leave at like 6:00 to get there on time. :P Even if my mom drove me, I wouldn't really get much more sleep. The schoolday starts at 7:30 AM and I like to be at school by 7:10.
