I get that daily if I have more than 2 Avid boxes running, and just by looking at the "DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL" it is indeed a driver resource error (IRQ). Re-install the drivers and or make sure you have the correct drivers! Plus make sure you dont have any other hardware that might be A) using the same resources, and
