Chris was actually used in 2006 (it will be used again in 2012), but it only became a Tropical Storm.

My name was used in 2000, but it caused minimal damage and therefore it wasn't retired. It was on the 2006 list but the name was never used.

Well, it's not that often that we have so many tropical cyclones that we get to the S names, so that's likely why. I'm sure we'll see a Stephen sooner or later.

I wouldn't get too worried. Tropical storms are usually nothing more than wind and rain. I've been through several hurricanes, and as you can see I made it just fine.
