Really? I thought WeatherPlus and AccuWeather was available on satellite?
Nope, never has been. It's locally headend based like cable.
So you don't get stations like WPVI or KYW either?

We do.You see satellite tv companies can give you local channels but yet they don't have the technology to bring cable tv intellistars to TWC.

From Wikipedia:

Quote from: Wikipedia
WPVI offers live streaming video on its sub channel (6.3) and website of "Action News Now" Powered by Accuweather.com. As of August 2008, Accuweather (located in State College, Pennsylvania) has a new format and design. The new format include a bar that moves to show when the anachors/segments will finish, hourly forecast, it also has removed the current news and traffic from Action News. which offers live local and national weather as part of The AccuWeather Channel. The format of "Action News Now" is much like NBC Weather Plus.

Remember This?:

Quote from: Wikipedia
The station tried to switch to a fuller, thunderous and authoritative version of the song by the London Philharmonic Orchestra in 1997, but switched back to the old version after five days of viewer complaints.

Now, Here we go AGAIN!

Quote from: Wikipedia
In 2008, WPVI used the techno version of the theme for a week, but switched back to the old version after viewer complaints.

I'm talking about Action News Now and you said "HERE WE GO AGAIN!" That's about the WPVi theme, i'm talking about the format.

You actually use Wikipedia for your sources?
I use it for television stations, because most of the time, the information on there is correct   Sometimes, there are idiots who go on there and put false information on there.

Yeah that's the problem. Anybody even a half-brained idiot, could edit there and put false, inaccurate information

Most of the information there I find accurate. They have plenty of admins and active, trustful members there to keep it as accurate as possible.

Your intellistar isn't messed up at all. Mine is.
What's wrong with your IntelliStar? I think it's configured quite nicely, especially the maps.

I wish my Intellistar had no 36hr or 48hr forecasts and the metro maps would take its place  :itsok:
