I didn't like the variety of videos in it.

Well, his ThunderFever account is still open. That other account is his "back-up account."

OK alot of people asked me to record a clip of my hotel's satellite lf. Well I did it.

The Quality is not as crisp since the cable came straight from the wall rather than the box but its better than nothing :)

Oh wow! That's great quality!  :twothumbs:

Speaking of hotels and weatherstars, there was a change of plans and I may not get to travel across Utah, Arizona, or New Mexico. So I most likely won't be getting all those weatherstar clips I promised awhile back. :(

However, it is pretty much set in stone that I'm going to Portland at the end of the month. I already know that they have the intellistar though :( But I'll be sure to capture some clips of it.

Well it would be great to see an Intellistar clips from other places. I've never seen video of the Portland, OR IS.

I found a WSL clip from Portland if you guys are interested. It was just uploaded a few days ago:

I want to see another Star so badly. I've seen nothing but the IntelliStar since Jan-Feb 2004.  :(

At least you've seen another STAR. I haven't seen anything but the IS, satellite, and HD satellite. :(

I really want to see today's XL in person. It has the best graphics out of all the STARs, IMO.

I can barely remember my 4000, but I remember just about everything that was in my XL (even though I have no footage of it), both the config that was used 1999-2002 and 2002-2004. The only thing I don't remember about it is the ID number.

I know for sure we had the XL awhile back, but I barely noticed the switch from the XL to the intellistar. They seemed pretty much the same to me. :hmm:

I remember my Xl very well.

The 8 city list was

Atlantic City
McGuire AFB
Milville
Ocean City
Philadelphia
Sussex County Airport
Trenton
Wilmington

My radar is also zoomed in basically right on the Atlantic Ocean.

I believe I may have recorded one clip of an XLv1 or Weather Center in my video tapes but I will have to do some searching. Even If I do find it I would be unable to connect it to my tuner because ym VCR only has A/V ports

Would anyone like to see some pictures of some animals in the Georgia Aquaurium?
