Kinda hard NOT to have a credit card these days. I wouldn't want to carry around tons of cash. You're not going to buy a computer or a car are whatever in cash. That's just crazy. You have to know the limits, you can't just go on shopping sprees. You'd think it would be common sense, but yet more and more people are in debt.
That's true. My parents seem to abuse their credit cards. If they were to go to the supermarket, they'd use their credit cards even if the total is under $10, and I know they have cash with them. Ridiculous.

Same with my parents. They use a credit card for a 20 dollar purchase when they actually have 300 bucks in cash.

That's sort of common sense. No one in their right mind would just walk around with $300 in cash. What if you lost your wallet? You'd NEVER get that money back.

But that's why they make bank accounts and debit cards. It alleviates the problem of carrying cash without the need for a credit card.

Bank is even worse. they can wipe out your entire bank account. Really, the safest way is credit card.

No they can't. And even if they did, checking and savings accounts are FDIC insured, which means your protected. Debit cards really are the best way.
