Victor, read this, in particular the first part.. It talks about how the channel is halted, but we are undertaking another project:

About your question, KSMI is right now being reviewed by the CRTC (Canadian FCC) I would like to get KSMI accepted in Canada before the states. If accepted in Canada, I will move to the US market.

Toasted cheese is cheesy. :P

A .toast file is a file for a CD image made by the OS X-only program Roxio Toast. You'll need something to convert the .toast file to a file format compatible with Windows-based CD burning applications.
