Has anyone ever seen a funnel cloud in person before?
I saw a waterspout back in 2004. I have pictures of it, but it's hard to see.

There were also reports (not sure if it was ever confirmed) that a weak tornado went through my town in 1999. Some damage was reported, including a down tree a few blocks from my house. The power was also out for a few hours.

I heard a tornado struck the Beeslys Point Bridge and SOmers Point back in July 5, 2001 and numerous trees and houses were damaged. There was also a report of a FATALITY

I think that was the first fatal tornado we ever had around here. I saw a pic of it online somewhere but i have to search 4 it.

Is there any program that can let me have Power Point for free? I only get a trial version which has expired.

I also like to get a free download of Photoshop and After Effects but Matt said they usually contain viruses/slow down the computer

No and no. There are no "free" versions of either program. They are both commercial software and cost money.

But, there are some free and open-source alternatives to these programs: Open Office and The GIMP, respectively.

So OpenOffice is the same as Power Point?

It's not the same exact thing, but it is similar and will allow you to edit PowerPoint presentations.
