Comcast has been moving to get all of their cable boxes on the same operating platform (iGuide) over the past few years..... Once that is done (won't be for possible 2-3 more years), then all the updates and ugprades will be delivered to all users at the same time. SARA hasn't really seen any updates at all over the past several years, so it's only feasible to move all of their boxes to the same platform. iGuide has its moments though.

Is Comcast rebranding to Xfinity really worth it?

Well, my day was okay until I heard this news. Nothing makes me more angry than something standing between me and a Twinkie. (Well, not really, but you get the point).

I used to eat a lot of Twinkies when I was a kid. I would always have one a day as an after-school snack. It's kinda sad that there won't be any more Twinkies now that Hostess is gonna close all of its factories  :(  Might as well go buy one more box of Twinkies while I still can.

I can almost guarantee that someone will purchase the Twinkies line of products from Hostess, they won't let a staple just die out like that.

Is it right to be sad that a Twinkie is considered a food "staple"?

I've only had them once. I thought they were quite good but they are so full of trans fats and sugars. I remember that one commercial from 2000 when a twinkie came out of a swimming pool. I think it was something like that...a lady was in the pool and then a twinkie came up from nowhere. I remember that commercial as if it was yesterday :)

I've certainly had the cupcakes and Twinkies from Hostess.  I found a couple Hostess commercials on Youtube that I remember watching during the 90s that I'll share here.  Enjoy!

Forget twinkies, what about my devil dogs, coffee cakes, ho-hos, snoballs, and orange cupcakes? :hmm:

I hope they end up being sold to someone too.

McKayla and President Obama aren't impressed with the Hostess Plant closings.

Merita and Wonder bread brands also got hit by Hostess' bankruptcy. :hmm: Today my mom bought the last roll of Merita bread at the grocery store as well. :(

Just wondering, has anyone else here had trouble with someone trying to hack their account? I ask because I just got 4 or 5 messages from TWCT/C within the last 10 minutes saying that someone is trying to change my password. Is Felipe still making trouble? Or does our little village have a new idiot these days?  :club:

I haven't had this problem, but I know we've been battling some spam bots recently.  Please let us know if it continues as I can do some tracking to see if any particular IP is going after you.
