This will be my last day on TWCT for a while. I don't feel completely welcome here, nor in the TWC community anymore. If you want or need to talk to me, PM me and I'll answer, but otherwise - I won't be posting until likely after the new year. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

Austin, I sent you a PM regarding your feelings.  I hope you take a look as maybe it could explain why you're feeling that way, and I feel it may have to do with how you've posted over the past months.  Sorry that you feel this way, but let's work it out over the next weeks.

I, too, may not be on too much. Final's week commences starting Wednesday. I'll be done on the 13th, and I'll be flying home on the 15th. At which point I will be off until February 6th.

Holidays are a busy time for everyone.  If you are leaving us for awhile, we'll miss you but hope you enjoy your holiday season. :)

Patrick, let me just say that I really appreciate how you act as a counselor on this forum when it comes it personal issues.  It feels good to know that we can PM you at any time if we are experiencing personal problems.

May I ask why you think that? I don't recall seeing any posts being made against you.

It's 8 degrees outside, people are hanging up decorations in their rooms, and I've got Frank Sinatra singing his face off about snow. I actually feel at home right now.

Martin, I addressed Austin's concerns, and they have been resolved.

It's 8 degrees outside, people are hanging up decorations in their rooms, and I've got Frank Sinatra singing his face off about snow. I actually feel at home right now.
It doesn't feel like anything close to Christmas weather for me.  I'm staring at rain showers and 50s for the next couple days.

Hey, that's better than being at 70 degrees... At least that feels more Christmasy than what it is here. :(

I know it's a really stressful time for many of you in college these next couple weeks with finals and preparing for Christmas at the same time.  Good luck on your finals, and hope everyone has a peaceful start to this holiday season!

Looks like our city and the GADOT is going to be a lot more prepared for this upcoming winter (I alluded to this one one of my last fanart pictures) They bought 40 additional snowplows and 24 Salt/Sand trucks. They don't want a repeat of January again where most of us were stuck inside for an entire week.

* I know noone here has said this, but to make it clear, the several inches of snow wasn't the problem, they actually do a pretty decent job with that, it was the very thick layer of ice that accumulated on top of the snow. When I tried to measure the snow in my frontyard I had to use the ruler to beat on the ice so I could get down to it.
