Speaking of the First Day Of Summer, when I first thought we here in Lansing would not hit 90 this year (let alone 100 which I so desperately want- Ana send it my way!  :bleh: ), here we go:

Huh.

He wants 100 degree tempratures, Victor. I'll be glad to send them.
* Anistorm packs up a couple of 100 degree tempratures in a box and sends it to socool775 via UPS.

It does if you come to Duck Centro.
Question: Do you live in El Centro or Duck Centro? I looked up Duck Centro on wikipedia and there was no such article. But sometimes you say El Centro too.

Ana, allow me to take this one:
There is a big duck pond in El Centro, CA, which means that there are a lot of ducks in El Centro, which is why Ana refers to itas 'Duck' Centro. Am I right Ana?

When I first moved in to El Centro, some of my neighbors (and my friend from college, Samantha) called the city Duck Centro because of the largest duck pond. I, however live about a 1/4 of a mile from it. There are a lot of ducks. I should take pics of the pond when I go back there someday.

Yes, Aaron you have the statement right!

I am typing this on my new laptop computer.  My parents got it for me for my graduation, which is what I wanted more than anything for my graduation.  It is an "acer".  It;s a pretty nice laptop, and I love it.  I had to by the wireless router, but got a discount at the local retailer my parents work at :D  I love it!

LOL been there done that Vic. My friends and I used to play ball all the time. Hit cars, houses, people, you name it. We even sent a few balls into the river!  :P

An update on yesterdays stormy weather. The National Weather Service has now declared that a seocnd tornado did in fact touch down in Harford County. Yesterday they had classified the damage there as simply wind damage. The tornado was an EF0. As I said yesterday, the one we had here in my town was an EF1. One of the local mets was explaining tonight how the tornado formed. we're on the waterforn here, and the sea breeze aused the temperature to drop 10 degrees. This caused the winds to blow in a counterclockwise direction, thus spawning the funnel. Ithink there was a teensy bit more detail to it than that, but still it was very interesting.

Oh, and one last thing. I upgraded to Windows Vista today! So far so good. I like what I see. I'm hopeful that no problems will crop up.

So long as you upgraded to the latest upgrade of Vista, you should be fine.
I know that when I bought my desktop new in 2007 that there were oodles and oodles of problems with it, but that was 7 months after Vista rolled out.
