Just a quick poll: What version of what browser do you use? I thought this would be interesting to know.

Right now I'm on Safari 4 on Windows, but my default browser is Firefox 3.6 a1pre.

What do you use?
I use SeaMonkey 1.1.16 on my desktop computer (Firefox runs too slow on this machine), and I use Firefox 3.0.11 on my laptop.

Has anyone noticed that you can download MP4 files of your own videos directly from YouTube now (by clicking on my videos)? I like this feature, now I can download my old 2006 clips I don't have on my HD anymore incase my account gets suspended.

Yep, I wish there was a way you can convert it to wmv's though.

wish granted: http://www.mediaconverter.org/

very trustworthy site, i use it all the time.

I used mediaconverter before but I didn't know it converted mp4s. I tried it with my itunes songs in the same format and it didn't work. (Maybe I did something wrong)

I'm using Firefox 3.0.11 on both my Mac and PC.
Same here, but I only use Firefox for my message center on youtube, since Internet Explorer won't load it properly. Other than that, I primarily use IE 7. I do not like IE 8 as I had too much trouble with it last year.

I use chrome. I can't stand any other browser. They are simply too slow for me.

They are still there for me. I clicked on one to download that Lake Effect Snow Advisory video I must have deleted a few months back, and when I opened the file, I only heard the sound. I thought mp4s were supposed to have video as well.

mp4s can pretty much only be opened up in Quick Time.

IE8 and Firefox. I like IE 8 even though it's a lil buggy.
Using FF 3.5 Preview on Laptop and 3.0.11 on the desktop

My favorite (not) commercials are from the cable companies that say if it's sprinkling you'll lose signal. We've gone through a TORNADO WARNING with our signal staying up. We went through the most recent ice storm (~0.75" of ice) with our signal up for the times we had power, which was all but maybe 2.5 hours tops.

Fail. <_<

Comcast knows that people hate them, and that people want change. They're worried that people will switch to FiOS, which they most likely will.

Is anyone here a Costco member? I visited this store today and I must say that their prices are pretty low and they have several familiar brands. I've been thinking about getting a membership. They have practically everything there too.
